Dr. Keith N. Warr
Dr. Keith Warr has over 30 years of experience in the dental field and proudly upholds a 30-year tradition of quality care and patient comfort. He has completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and also provides family dental services.
Dr. Keith Warr has been appointed Deputy Regent for District XIIII of the International College of Dentists (ICD). This professional organization is the largest international honorary dental group. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and is granted in recognition of a dentist's "outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind."
As Deputy Regent, Dr. Warr will oversee the operation and organization of the International College within the state of Utah. There are currently 58 Utah dentists who are Fellows in the ICD.

Dr. Lee graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 2011, where he was recognized by National Dental Honor Society with the William S. Fleming award and by the faculty for his studies in the Oral Medicine Department. Dr. Lee has over 15 years of general dentistry and patient care experiences that have informed his practice of dentistry.
Dr. Lee is passionate about providing exceptional dentistry and deeply compassionate care to each and every one of the patients he has the privilege to serve.
